GOLD stands for Guiding Overseas Linked with Development and allows Girlguiding UK members aged between 17 and 30 to take part in community development projects overseas.

Participants for GOLD projects are selected at INTOPS

It can also count towards the Residential Clause in the Queens Guide Award and Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
